to read the prose of his composing
is to see a smile in an unexpected place-face
and return it
to hear the poem out loud is the song of a bird
on the wind which blows us on our merryweatherway-dance
to live the words of the Poet
to take stock of time
enjoy the rhyme
and reasons
become the focus of hearts entwined in brambles or rambles
of meaningless words
it's useless
unless we heard it write
