Allow Spirit to support you and guide your efforts. Even with seemingly small things because small things in life can grow larger and create problems if not addressed soon enough. This is true for self awareness also.
If you feel the rise of Ego, be careful to keep it in check and not allowed to diminish others.
If you are feeling small, be assured that you will transform your situation by looking at the bigger picture, the long term view. All things start out small but small things can grow into great things.

The Universe has everything we need x
Take time out on your own to focus your Energy on the eternal for a while.....see what Spirit brings to you by way of thought or vision. Focus on peace and compassion to all humanity and dwell less on your own 'problems'.
Problems only feed on what energy you give them - give yourself to the solution if not to the Universal Energy of Love and Light.
The Universe has every thing we need.
Even when we can't trust ourselves or others, we can trust in the Eternal Energy to bring us the lessons and luxuries we need.
Time is a luxury - spend it well. Work well, rest well, eat well and sleep well....if you have all these you are blessed with peace and can radiate peace to the world, at least in your part of it.
