In Tune
Just as Musicians are Synchronised and In Tune with each other, mentally and physically, the Light-Worker is In Tune with the Energy and flow of the Universe....and in this Energy, all are connected, all Life is Sacred, all Beings are of worth and worthy of Healing.
To Enter into the Energy is to be in Harmony with the Universe, the flow of Life and our surroundings.
To Love from the Energy level is to Heal and be Healed.
To be healed on the Energy level is to be Whole, Free and Loved.
Some might call it Spirit/God/Godess
To me It remains Anonymous

What is Inspiration?
There's a wick in the heart
which feeds on passion and beauty
when the wick is ignited, by the flame of Love
it burns and gives off a toxic fume known as Inspiration
We inhale all it's heady perfume
and become posessed in our passion
we dream unbelievable dreams
and reach for unattainable goals
we reach a state of Inspiration induced Creativity
when in this state, we become high on life itself
and think only of our creating
other, mundane affairs sink slowly into the void outside
and we care not
they'll be there later
as we pick up the pieces around us
after we have reached our unattainable goals
and realised our impossible dreams
for that is what Inspiration is
the gateway to the impossible
May you be inspired today

2010 Grand National
Highlight of Easter, no offence Jesus, and i don't do chocolate eggs.....
'Wee Robbie' - non runner so....
2 quid on 'Backstage' - fell at the 20th
2 quid on 'State of Play' - came in 3rd...2 quid up
Cheers! to inspiration
I don't usually bet, but always on the National, it's in me blood...
life's a gamble
(or a gambol)
May you always win...x

The Cost of Living.
How much grass in a field,
plus how many trees in a wood
times a beach full of pebbles
- is the cost of a week-full of food!
Count the drops in a rain shower
then fathom the depth of the sea
add to the mass of a mountain
to work out the price of tea!
The value of things that are priceless
- that are worth their weight in gold
add up to a world of distortion, or extortion
where one pays just not to be cold.
Flavour of the Month.
What day is it today? Wednesday, wash day.
A pail full of rain goes a long way, I say.
First, brush my teeth,
then rinse my hair
and sort out the clothes too dirty to wear.
Give them a swill, a bit of soap too
- the water’s gone grey - but more I can do.
Take off my boots, for to wash my feet,
leave my socks on, they’ll soon dry in this heat.
What else needs a clean?
I ask of my bucket.
Does that dog smell disgusting, or what?
Ah ***k it! In you go, Conall,
stop splashing around.
You’re wasting the water
and soaking the ground.
- I’ve not finished yet - there’s more on my mind.
Potatoes, carrots, a bit of pork rind
and there you go -
I’ve got soup for my dinner!
Life on the road, eh?
Not bad, for a beginner.
